Entire ladder series canceled for 2020.

This can’t end well. Those races are included in the promoter contracts.

The door is kicked open.

Is that anything like a WWE Ladder match?

Why do I suspect the former involves an actual ladder?

Wood or aluminum?

I think fiberglass. There's usually more than one.

A belt suspended above the ring about 12 ft. A ladder in the ring. First one to climb the ladder and get the belt wins.

These ladders have rungs up both sides. It's almost like they were constructed for this type of contest.

I should’ve posted a link at the top.

There have been a few races now. The Penske effect I suppose. He needs USF2000, what ever the second rung is called now, and Indy Lights.

I really think the quid pro quo emerging is Roger buys real estate NASCAR has no use for and NASCAR buys IndyCar. Team owners running a series has never been successful as far as I can remember. Penske took the package deal, knowing the IMS was where the value was.

Now....call this bullshit...it may be.

An acquaintance a layer removed from the subject tells me a building permit for warehousing on a certain NASCAR property is on file. Roger owns (and builds) lots of warehouses.

We shall see.
